Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

  • All orders after the delivery charges have been paid. This helps us ensure smoother processing and avoid unnecessary returns or non-serious orders.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking information once your order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to help.

  • You have 48 hours from the time of receiving your parcel to request a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at fiha.threadsandjewels@gmail.com  or message us on Instagram @fiha_threadsandjewels with your order number and reason for return.

 

 

 

 

 

Note: Due to the nature of jewelry and hygiene standards, we reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, even in case of returns or exchanges.

  • Any return shipping cost (for sending the item back to us) will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  • If your item arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items not in original condition or returned after the 48-hour window

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email or message. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
